The DentaJet 3D printer series leverages Stratasys’ digital workflow, enabling unattended 3D printing and minimal post-processing. These printers provide a tailored solution for dental applications, allowing for the simultaneous production of multi-material, high-quality models, surgical guides, and soft gingiva masks in a single tray.

One satisfied customer, Advanced Dental Technologies (ADT), praised the output quality and efficiency of the J3 DentaJet printer. ADT was able to streamline its workflow and achieve cost savings by eliminating unnecessary overtime. What used to take three days can now be done in a day, with greater accuracy and at a fraction of the cost.

French dental lab Ident’M has also experienced significant benefits from using the J5 DentaJet printer. The precision and accuracy of the printer have reduced chair time for patients and improved overall productivity. Similarly, Germany-based dental lab MA CAD/CAM Service UG has seen huge cost savings by being able to print different materials and colors in a single print job on the J5 DentaJet printer.

The UltraThineer veneers, for example, are yet to be evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before they can enter the market.
