Ankermake, the sub-brand of accessory manufacturer Anker, has recently launched the M5C, a new variant of their popular M5 3D printer. Building upon the success of its predecessor, the M5C boasts a range of exciting features that make it a standout in the world of desktop FFF 3D printers.

When it comes to materials, the M5C doesn’t disappoint. Its all-metal hot end can reach temperatures of up to 300C, enabling the use of a wide range of engineering-grade materials, including PETG, PET, ABS, TPU, PA, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, and PA-CF. The hardened nozzle can handle CF materials with ease.

One notable aspect is the absence of a touchscreen interface. Instead, the M5C is operated remotely through a smartphone app. This may have contributed to the printer’s affordable price point, allowing users to access GCODE files through the 8GB of online storage included with the machine.
