As the TCT Asia 2023 event approaches, 3D printing OEM Farsoon is gearing up to unveil its latest product developments. Over the years, Farsoon has used this event to showcase its bigger and better machines, and this year is no different. Farsoon has confirmed that it will be launching two new pieces of hardware in its metal and polymer additive manufacturing offerings.

On the metal side, Farsoon will be introducing a new large-format metal powder bed fusion system with 16 lasers. This system will have an impressive build envelope with a diameter of 1530mm and a Z height of up to 1650mm. Visitors to the event will have the opportunity to see this system displayed static at the show. Additionally, Farsoon will be exhibiting the FS350M-4 metal system, which was announced earlier this year in the Chinese market and will soon be introduced globally. This system is designed for high-speed, economic metal production and will be fully operational during the show.

On the polymer side, Farsoon will be showcasing the Flight HT 1001P-4 system, which will also be operating during the show. In addition, Farsoon will debut a new powder management system (PMS) that offers a more automated and cleaner workflow for powder handling. The PMS system is fully compatible with the 403P system cartridges.

Farsoon will be highlighting various applications for its additive manufacturing systems, including large-sized civil aerospace components, molds and tooling, medical implants, oversized automotive functional parts, and athletic and sports applications. These applications showcase the versatility and potential of 3D printing in various industries.

In terms of future developments, Farsoon is expanding its R&D headquarters to enhance its infrastructure for innovation and manufacturing. This expansion will allow Farsoon to accommodate a greater number of machines for development, integration, and testing. It will also enable the company to provide more diverse technical training and project-based batch series production for industrial customers.

In the Chinese additive manufacturing market, Farsoon recognizes the remarkable speed of technological innovation. Many major international brands have not updated their products in recent years, highlighting the rapid progress and competitiveness of the Chinese market. Farsoon identifies increasing 3D printing industrialization in the consumer products market as a key trend in China. This further demonstrates the wide-ranging applications and potential of additive manufacturing.

Overall, Farsoon’s participation in TCT Asia 2023 promises to unveil exciting new products and advancements in the additive manufacturing industry. Visitors to the booth will have the opportunity to witness cutting-edge technologies and learn about emerging trends in the Chinese market.
